The Signal, operated by Culture Signal Media, has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The safety of minors on our platform is our highest priority.

We do not permit any imagery, text, audio, or links that depict, describe, or promote the sexual exploitation of children, regardless of whether it is produced, AI-generated, animated, or simulated.

Enforcement

Upon becoming aware of any CSAE content or conduct, we take immediate action:

• We remove the offending content without delay • We suspend or permanently ban the responsible account • We preserve relevant records for law enforcement • We report the incident, along with account and content information, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement
